Gary began his banking career at CB&T in 2007 after graduating from Baylor University. Gary is a graduate of SMU's Southwestern Graduate School of Banking Class LX and serves on the Community Healthcare of Texas Advisory Council.

Ben spent six years practicing law prior to joining CB&T in 2007. Ben serves on the CB&T Board of Directors, and is on the board of the Greater Waco Chamber, the Waco Industrial Foundation, and Waco Family Medicine Foundation.

Jacob is a Waco native and is a graduate of Tarleton State University. He is the past president of the Northwest Optimist Club of Waco and currently serves on the board of CASA of McLennan County. He has two young children and enjoys volunteering as a coach for various Midway Youth sports.

A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Perry joined CB&T in 2018 after a career of managing distressed loan assets. Perry is involved in Lake Air Little League, the Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo, the Baylor/Waco Foundation and the Greater Waco Chamber.

Carol has spent her entire career with CB&T working in various roles before settling into the lending area. She is a graduate of Baylor University and is a past board member of the Friends of the Waco-McLennan County Library.

Steve spent five years working in Florida for Walt Disney World before moving back to Texas and beginning his banking career at other financial institutions. A native Wacoan and graduate of Texas Tech University, Steve joined CB&T in 2020.

Crystal joined CB&T in July 2017 and was promoted to lending officer in 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she was a Goolsby Leadership Academy scholar. Crystal is a graduate of the LeadershipPlenty Institute and is an ambassador for the CenTex Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
