Commercial Checking
This account has an earnings credit which reduces or eliminates any service charges. This earnings credit is calculated by taking the account's average positive collected balance less an amount that we determine applies for reserves applicable generally to transaction accounts under the rules of the Federal Reserve and multiplying it by a market rate which can be changed without prior notice. This amount (the earnings credit) is subtracted from the standard service fee and the remainder, if any, is charged to the customer. If the government reserve policies change, we may increase or decrease the reserve amount without notice. The earnings credit applies only to the current statement cycle. It does not accrue beyond the current statement cycle. Ask for more details on how this works.

Commercial Economy
The Commercial Economy account is a simple, inexpensive business checking account. It provides banking services to small companies and club accounts.
- A minimum deposit of $100.00 is required to open this account.
- You will be allowed 75 debits and 150 deposited items per month at no charge, each debit or deposited item over their respective limits is $0.60 each.
- There will be no monthly maintenance fee for accounts with a minimum daily balance of $1,500.00. Otherwise, a monthly maintenance fee of $6.00 will be assessed.

NOW Account
Commercial NOW Accounts are available to sole proprietors, certain partnerships, and non-profit organizations. Corporations and general partnerships are excluded by law.
- The service charge in each monthly statement cycle is calculated the same as a commercial account, but there will be no earnings credit to reduce or eliminate the service charge.
- A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required to open this account.
- This account is an interest bearing account. On the days that the balance is below $500.00, the account will not earn interest. The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on the account. We may change the interest rate on the account daily.
- Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (for example, checks).
- Interest will be compounded monthly. Interest will be credited to the account monthly. If you close the account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest.
- We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account ("Balance"). This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Money Market
Open this account with a minimum deposit of $2,500.00 and you will earn our highest current market rate. This account also allows you to write up to six checks per month and make as many in-bank withdrawals or in-bank transfers as you desire.
- This account is an interest-bearing account. Any day your daily balance is below $2,500.00 and above $499.99, you will earn interest at the NOW Account interest rate. On the days that the balance is below $500.00, the account will not earn interest. The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on the account. We may change the interest rate on the account daily. Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (for example: checks). Interest will be compounded monthly. Interest will be credited to the account monthly. If you close the account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest.
- We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account ("Balance"). This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.
- You must deposit $2,500.00 to open this account. You may make no more than six (6) preauthorized withdrawals, automatic or telephone transfers, checks, drafts, and debit card and similar transactions from your account per month or statement cycle. For each transaction beyond the allowed number, there is a charge of $3.00 per transaction.
- If you maintain a daily balance of at least $1,500.00 every day of the month, there will be no maintenance fee. If you do not, an account maintenance fee of $10.00 will be assessed.
